Last week, Brand Finance released its Cosmetics 50—an annual ranking the world’s most valuable cosmetic companies. L’Oréal tops the list of the world’s most valuable cosmetic brands—followed by Estée Lauder and Nivea.
 
In other news, Revlon Inc. successfully completed its financial restructuring process and emerged from Chapter 11. The newly reorganized company is named “Revlon Group Holdings LLC.”
 
Also, the Tom Ford brand, now owned by The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., appointed Guillaume Jesel as President and CEO, Tom Ford, and Peter Hawkings as Creative Director, Tom Ford, effective at the closing of the acquisition.
